My first encounter with a Bullmastiff was in 1978 when my brother brought home a puppy that was given to him by a friend in Maui. At the time I had Pomeranians and too small and delicate for a household of boys. We welcomed this little Bullmastiff puppy into our home and that was it we fell totally in love with him and the breed. All my dogs carry AKC registration papers they are socialized and love children. Needless to say, my dog's temperament is excellent and kid friendly and not aggressive. Puppies go to their new homes with AKC registration and the first shot and vet checked. Both the Bullmastiff and French Mastiff have very similar disposition the Jack Russell Terriers are very smart and super energetic. As a matter of fact, They help on our chicken farm.
